•I require a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. •If you need to cancel your appointment in less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, your deposit will be forfeited. •If you cancel your appointment more than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time your deposit will be refunded. •I do not reschedule appointments the same day of your scheduled appointment, if you can not make it to your appointment it is considered a same day cancelation and your deposit will be forfeited. •Deposits are not transferable with same day cancelations or less than 24 hours before your appointment. A new appointment will have to be booked. •If you are a no-show and do not notify me that you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment your deposit will be forfeited and you will be charged the remaining 50% of your appointment balance to the card on file.
